Hillcrest Junior High School

Hillcrest Junior High School is a junior high school in Edmonton which is one of the coolest school in the whole city because they have fun and nice teacher (Well most of them). Hillcrest Junior High is located in the west end of Edmonton in the Elmwood community. Built in 1963, Hillcrest has very unique architecture as we have a domed gym in the centre of a completely round school! The school currently has 450 students in Grades 7 through 9. We offer an Academic Challenge class at each grade level, a mixed-grade opportunity classroom as well as two literacy classrooms. The school is equipped with two computer labs, two science labs, an industrial arts lab, a foods and fashion lab, a large drama space and a newly-furnished instrumental music room. They have their own store which gives students lunch, snackes and drinks all they need. They have a huge gym.
